Profile

Daniyal Munir received his B.S. degree in electrical (telecommunication) engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Lahore, Pakistan, in 2010. He has completed his Master and PhD combined degree from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea, in 2019. His graduate studies were funded by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently working as an assistant professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering, The University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, Pakistan. His research interests include public safety networks, LTE- Advanced networks, wireless energy harvesting and device-to-device communications. During his higher education, Dr. Daniyal has registered three domestic patents in South Korea, published several articles in international peer-reviewed journals, and presented his work in international conferences.
